As a growing company, our need for experienced window installers/siders/laborers is a must! Our work is performed in the Greater Milwaukee and the South Eastern Wisconsin area. Qualifications, Responsibilities & Job Duties Include: Excellent communication skills Detail oriented Ability to problem solve Knowledge of power tools Work well with others Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions Assist with the installation of windows, doors & patio doors & siding Assist with siding jobs when needed Ensuring tools, vans and equipment are taken care of properly Maintain equipment (compressors, guns, ladders, hoses, cords etc) and report any issues to office Ability to work safely on jobsites and jobsite clean up Conduct yourself in a professional, respectful manner towards job managers, homeowners & other trade professionals on jobsites while representing Kaul Exteriors Willingness to show up and work hard Be able to troubleshoot issues with team members on site Other duties as assigned
