Anderson Communities is seeking a Turns Lead for our Turn Crew in Louisville. This position is responsible for preparing rental units for pending occupancy in a timely manner and ensuring resident has a great first impression of their new home. This is a full-time position with a great benefits package. Job duties include: • Schedule and execute all pre-walk inspections • Schedule all contractor services related to the make ready process • Manage make ready subtasks • Maintenance turns • Painting • Flooring • Cleaning • Final approval and expensing • Maintenance of breezeways and common area paint and drywall • Exterior preventative maintenance such as pressure washing Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Working knowledge of basic tools and procedures for fixing residential issues • Previous experience with carpentry, basic plumbing and minor electrical preferred • Must have good communication and time management skills • Must be clean and neat in appearance • Must be drug free and felony free Excellent Pay & Benefits*: Paid Time Off - 401K Match Apartment Discount at Any of Our Properties!
