Prevailing wage rates apply: $42.96/hour. Duration of project is approximately January 2022 through June 2022. This position also requires privately-funded, new construction projects at $16.00/hour. The work includes, but is not limited to, surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning. New construction cleaning background preferred. * Alcohol and Drug Screening and background checks may be required. * Part-time, up to 8 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week * Paychecks are issued or mailed on the tenth of each month. * Transporation needed, job-sites at various locations * Resume and one work reference required * Flexible scheduling !
