QUALIFICATION FOR THE GROUNDSKEEPER POSITION We are looking for someone to have some previous landscaping/grounds/laborer experience and a great team attitude. Examples of some other positions out there that share similar skills necessary for this position are parks & rec groundskeepers, park laborers, park rangers, general maintenance, landscapers, general laborers, and even experienced as a maintenance tech.
