RichCo Property Solutions is in need of trade crews, maintenance crews, and general contractors to complete rehab and preservation work on vacant homes as well as insurance work. We are looking for the crews to be fully insured and capable of taking on at least 1-2 jobs per week starting out. Detailed before, during, and after photos are required for each line item on each job in order for payment to be rendered. Looking to have crews start on new jobs ASAP. **Serious inquires only
