Need help with luxury residences near the downtown Dallas area. We are looking for a reliable handyman and maintenance tech to do basic repair tasks for the interior and exterior of our higher end boutique furnished buildings. Must be able to speak and write English in a professional manner. Bi-lingual a plus. Wanted for Immediate Hire $25.00 - $30.00 per hour starting salary based on licensing and skill set. Must have truck and tools. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and communicate with customers in English on a regular basis. Mounting and hanging artwork, mirrors, TV's, drapes, etc. Moving furniture Furniture assembly and put together flat pack cabinets Basic carpentry Light elecrical work Drywall repair and interior painting Interior caulking Weatherproofing doors and windows Install or replace toilet and sinks Install or fix garbage disposal
