Good Earth Inc. is looking for a motivated person to manage mowing, and cleaning crews. It is an entry level supervisor position, so experienced and unexperienced people are welcome to apply. We are a landscaping company based out of east Dallas that has contracts with the city of Dallas as well as several other cities in the surrounding areas. As a Parks Maintenance Supervisor, you would oversee several crews. · Manage crews and their schedules · Keep track of employee hours · Maintain several properties in the Dallas and surrounding areas · Inform manager of any changes to employees or properties · Personally, drive around to different areas and check/help employees Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Time management skills Computer Skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Beginner is fine) Phone proficiency (Must be able to send/receive text messages and pictures as well as use phone GPS system) Some employee management experience Ability to drive with a trailer
