Looking for business opportunity

I am wanting to open a concept restaurant in Dixon, unfortunately I don't have the funds needed for a down payment for a loan. I would be open to a business partner or any suggestions to raise the needed funds, including renting an existing building and equipment. I have a completed business plan and initial rough financial layout. This is a project I am very passionate about, but need financial help to get it off the ground.
