Description

 Remodel tenant space as specified, including but not limited to, demo, construct, finish.  Keep work and storage areas clean. Keep inside of company vehicle clean and organized.  Coordinate construction.  Work with outside contractors and property manager.  Repair and maintain interior/exterior of buildings and property.  Any repair as needed or assigned by property manager.  Troubleshooting problem situations and making repairs as necessary.  Respond to miscellaneous tenant concerns including but not limited to, lock changes, plugged drains/toilets, HVAC, light bulbs changed, etc. when requested by property manager.  Protect and preserve the property as if it were your own.  Do your best to produce quality results.  Tenant Relations for all properties.
