Full Time Handy Man / Groundskeeper 40 hrs a week - long term position Location: Encino and Malibu area As Needed: -must be able to do light plumbing and light electrical -basic understanding of patching, carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, sanding, tile work, and flooring -experience w hardware tools and electrical equipment -installing household items -maintaining grounds and appearance of property -willing to work w/ and take care of animals, feeding and maintaining as needed – goats, sheep, and chickens -on time and efficient worker -perform other duties as assigned -must be available on call for emergencies -good communication abilities in person and via phone/text -compensation based on experience $15 - $25 per hour Please send resume or list of previous jobs.
