Description

We are currently looking for a part time grounds keeper on a subcontractor basis. $14 per hour, 20-25 hours per week. Job duties will consist of: Picking up trash off the grounds & dumping trash containers located in the common areas maintaining pet stations doing irrigation checks, fixing minor repairs and reporting major repairs to the Property Manager Removing dead plants and installing new plants Blowing the property & bagging up leaves striping the parking lot changing out exterior light bulbs
