We’re looking for a GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS to join our crew for an IMMEDIATE start. We’re constructing luxury ocean villas along the golden beaches and crystal blue waters of Kihei. With this prime location you can spend your lunch break at the beach just minutes away from the construction site and watch humpback whales frolicking in the waters offshore. We’re nestled atop a bluff so the work site has panoramic ocean and mountain views. Job Description: > Receive daily job responsibilities for general labour from the Superintendent and carry out duties as required. > Ensure that work is being carried out as per work instructions (including quality requirements). > Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials > Assisting in the building or construction of various things > Some specialized tasks that may require on-the-job training, great opportunity to learn a skilled trade at no-cost to you. > Effectively using heavy and light equipment/tools, depending on the assignment > Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by superintendent > Heavy lifting > Wear all PPE required and work in a safe manner (steel-toe boots, hard hat, bright t-shirt) Terms of Employment: Temporary part-time to start with regular schedule (Between hours of 7:30AM-4:00PM, lunch from 12:00pm-12:30pm). (20+ hours preferred, will work with candidates for optimal schedule) ****Opportunity to become full-time employee with medical benefits after 2-week temporary trial.**** Must be: Punctual and have reliable transportation.
