Enjoy the fragrance along with the culinary experience of mint(s). No herb is more widely known than the fragrant mint. Enjoy the fragrance along with the culinary experience of using peppermint, spearmint, chocolate mint and others in salads, drinks, desserts, and meats. Attendees will sample foods and receive an informative booklet on mint. This class will be held on January 27th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and repeated again from 6 to 8 p.m. The registration fee is $20.00. Participants must register on Eventbrite by January 18, 2022. Class is limited to 50. There will be no refunds for the registration fee. This class is subject to cancellation if there are less than 5 people registered. If the workshop is cancelled, the registration fee can be used for a future program.
