TKM key?

walking the dog this morning on the beach road i happened to notice a key on a lanyard, has a stylized "TKM" on both the plastic handle and the steel blade of the key. not sure what it might be to, but if you lost it now i have it. just let me know. i travel that same path repeatedly and have not noticed it before, so either it just got lost or it has been there and maybe a storm uncovered it.
