Install sheet rock wall with door in it

I am looking to hire a contractor to build one painted sheet rock wall with a door in it. The width of the wall will be approximately 7 feet and 8 inches. The height of the wall will be approximately 9 feet and 10 inches. The location is a church basement in Bushwick. The purpose of the wall will be to contain heat in one side of the basement. Thus, the wall should be outfitted with insulation. The door ought to be equipment with a regular locking door knob. This wall will only need to be up for 3 years. Then we will pay someone to remove it. I'm not sure if this will affect the way you approach the job. We are looking for the contractor to come to the site in possession of all the materials they need except for the paint, which I will provide. Please include the materials and labor in your quote.
