The Road-Map to Homeownership is a 2-hour workshop that explains the home buying process in depth from Real Estate Agent, Ida Robinson. Ida Robinson is a REALTOR, with Samson Properties, Team Flo D, who's niche and passion is educating first time home buyers in making informed decisions about home-ownership. The Road-Map to Homeownership will give you a head start on what to know about becoming a homeowner. This workshop was created to educate first time home buyers on the home buying process, key terms and definitions, and the Do's and Don'ts on becoming a homeowner. We will discuss some common fears and steps to successful home-ownership. You will leave this seminar knowing everything you need to know about buying a home. Also, create a visual road map to keep you motivated The topics that will be discussed include: The 7 Strategic Steps to Home Ownership 1). Where are you in the process? 2). Knowing the Credit Score Requirements 3). Unique Financing Options (Securing financing/ Down Payment Assistance/ Grant Programs/Credit Repair) 4). How much house can you afford? 5). Budget Mind Mapping 6). Understanding the process 7). The Do's and Don'ts There will be a LENDER ONSITE: We are doing pre-approvals onsite, and if you are not pre-approved, you will leave this workshop with an action plan that will lead you to homeownership, a better credit score, or a saving plan to turn your dreams to reality.
