Raising tiny humans can be a daunting task, especially without a village. EMERGE Parenting is here to be your support circle. Designed to help support the new mother in adjusting to her new role. We will meet weekly for 12 weeks and are capping the class at 12 new moms. We will go on a journey of support with experts in areas ranging from postpartum self-care, to lactation consulting, to sleep skills, just to name a few.
