Join us for good vibes, great drinks, lots of laughter and genuine connections with other local singles as we play cupid at Dallas Comedy Club in Deep Ellum, on January 20th from 6:45-8:30pm! DALLAS COMEDY CLUB What better place to say you found love than at Dallas Comedy Club? The Dallas Comedy Club occupies a 9,600 sq ft space at the corner of Elm and N Hall st., offering entertainment, training and performances, plus a restaurant and beer garden. We will be hosting our monthly speed dating on their spacious patio that is filled with large picnic tables, string lights, and good views. They have a full service bar and offer various food options such as appetiziers, tacos, salads and more to keep you refreshed and full throughout the night. Following speed dating, you can catch their “LoveClub” comedy show @9:00 to continue the evening! EVENT RUNDOWN Check-in @6:45, grab a drink - and wait for the cue to take a seat! Speed Dating begins at 7:15 and goes for 60-70 minutes! Similar to musical chairs, you’ll have the chance to meet one-on-one with singles in the city, giving you about 6-7 mins with as many people within the time, to make your best impression! Tables will be numbered so you know where to rotate. At the end of the night, it is time to share who you would like to be matched with! Your submissions will be reviewed and you'll be emailed your matches by the following Monday (within 3 business days of the event). A match means that the interest is mutual! It's then up to you to contact your matches and meet again! You will meet 8+ people indiubally during the speed dating, and the last 15-30 minutes will be used for everyone to mingle as they please! Contestants choose a date by ONLY hearing the comedian attempt to make them laugh. A ticket is $25 per person and is non-refundable. PARKING There is free street parking next to the Case Building (the apartment property across from DCH).
