This class will have limited seating to allow for a more hands on experience for all guests. This cooking class will focus on the foundational elements of Texas BBQ. Brisket, pork ribs, sausage, will be discussed along with Bacon Burnt Ends and other specialty items. Followed by Q & A period and smokehouse tour Guests will receive BBQ samples of meats discussed, official Heim BBQ dry rubs, and liquor, beer, wine, etc. will be available for purchase.
