At one point, we struggled to find the best starting point for our wine education journey! So, we’ve designed the Wine FUNdamental series to be entertaining while still educational. You'll learn how varietals, regions and the process shapes a wine’s character. In this class, you'll learn the difference between white and red wines. We'll guide you through the four senses of the tasting process: see, sniff, sip and summarize. Class includes a discussion, flight of 6 wines (3 reds, 3 whites) and food pairing.
