When you leave the UnConference you will have a blueprint and infrastructure to build life-giving championship learning communities. Dream Builders University (DBU) has been helping to optimize school culture through life-transforming evidence-based interventions and professional development services to schools and districts nationwide for over ten years. During that time, we have continued to evolve and iterate our practices to be more and more responsive to the challenges that come with building inspired learning communities. DBU will be launching its first unConference entitled Building Championship School Culture on January 14, 2022. This inaugural unConference will be held at the Hyatt Place Hyatt House in Indianapolis, Indiana. The day will be filled with learning, collaboration, fun, and going deeper in the process of building winning cultures. When you leave the unConference you will have a blueprint and infrastructure to build life-giving championship learning communities. At Dream Builders, we define this as having the ability to “ maintain in conditions suitable for growth” Dr. Christine Gibson. During our time together our desire is to invest in you and your school district. Throughout the unConference, you will engage and collaborate with other district leaders from around the tri-state in groups to unpack and learn the nuances of Building Championship Culture.
