Welcoming the Full Moon, Winter Solstice and the New Year. Let the soothing sound and vibrations REsonate through you. Prepay Reservation Only 1 hour quartz singing bowl sound bath. Let you mind drift away, your body RElease and RElax and the sound and vibrations REsonate through you. Let go of all that no longer serves and super charge your intentions. Not only are we welcoming the full moon, winter solstice and 2022 but we are also energizing ourselves as we prepare to celebrate with family and friends this holiday season. This is a time to fully receive for yourself. WHAT TO EXPECT: Feel free to arrive at 9:45am. Doors will be locked at 10 am. When you come in, you will remove your shoes and get smudged with sage before entering the sound room. There is space on the floor to get comfortably settled. Feel free to bring a mat, blanket, pillow and bolster for your legs to make your time more comfortable. These items are limited but can be available should you need. You will be immersed with different sound and vibrations from quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes , maybe even rattles and drum to bring you into deep relaxation. When the sound bath is done, we will take a few moments to come back into out bodies and be fully alert. If you feel comfortable sharing your sound bath experience, this is a great time. Helpful Tips This is not a drumming circle, This is time for you to fully receive. Wear loose comfortable clothes. Drink plenty of water the day of. After all, we are pretty much water. Eat light before coming. Big meals on our belly is a little uncomfortable during sound bath. This is an event that is charged with vibrant clearing energy.
