The evening’s festivities are open to the public with seatings at 6:30pm and 9pm. Very limited reservations are available. We invite you to enjoy our New Year’s Seasonal Prix Fixe Dinner at the Lakes: First Course: Marinated Beets, Preserved Plum and Local Cheese -or- Chilled Lobster, Endive, and Potato Croquettes Second Course: Potato Gnocchi with Winter Squash Third Course: Grilled Octopus, Chickpeas and Herbs -or- Cahokia Rice Risotto, Hen of the Woods and Pecorino Romano Fourth Course: Braised Beef Shortribs and Roasted Sweet Sunchokes -or- Freshwater Fish, Hazelnuts, Brussel Sprouts and Brown Butter Fifth Course: Lemon Custard with Winter Citrus The deposit of $95 per person holds your reservation and will be applied fully to your bill at the conclusion of your meal. All guests 21+ will enjoy a complimentary champagne toast. The deposit does not include any additional beverages, taxes, or gratuities. A very limited number of reservations are available for two seatings on New Year’s Eve.
