Male 11 week old chihuahua he has first shot and has been de-wormed twice.He does have a small hernia on his tummy that the vet looked at and says there is a 50% chance he will be needing a surgery if it doesn't heal on its own. The surgery is estimated to be $170 if needed. He's very very tiny about 1 pound a few ounces he needs to go to a home where he can be very safe because his size my other animals are to rough with him. I own his mother and father parents are about 5 pounds. Asking for a rehoming fee
