Horse Carriage rides through the East Peoria Festival of Lights We have 3 carriages available per half hour. Each ticket purchased is for entire carriage and up to 6 people. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled ride at entrance to the Festival of Lights and attendants will direct you to the carriage pickup location.
