My name is Eric Billings and I love cult classic movies--who doesn't?! Whether they are painfully enjoyable to watch at times or just downright bizarre or cheesy, these movies bring the most unlikely of people to come together for the entertainment they provide. PCFR strives to bring that very same oddball community together right here on the Palouse in Moscow, Idaho.
