(832)962-7945 9:30AM-6PM MONDAY-FRIDAY Mechanical Assembler I-Assembler II for Tractor Company 1st & 2nd Shift Location: NW Houston Pay Rate: $14-$16.50/hr. WEEKLY PAY HOLIDAY PAY+ BONUS $500-$800 This person will be reporting to the Production Supervisor and will also follow directions from Production Manager for daily operations. Position will mainly entail, but not be limited to the following tasks: Perform activities in assembly functions according to plan and production guidelines Perform assembly and material movement functions Follow production schedules & communicates with supervisor Receive instructions from production supervisor and from operations on the production plan Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairing units or products that have failed to meet requirements Must be able to lift 45-65 lbs. Must have knowledge of hand tools Assemble a variety of tractor machine parts and equipment Use measurement tools to perform quality tests Use production tracking tools to record job time and claim parts Maintain a clean and safe workplace Maintain a clean working environment REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the following elements required: Must be at least 18 years or older Must be able to read, write, and speak English High school diploma or GED required Have 1 year of previous assembler experience on a production floor Previous experience in a manufacturing operations environment preferred 1 YEAR Previous Automotive MECHANICAL experience Work involves physical demands typically found in a manufacturing environment, such as but not limited to prolonged standing, bending, lifting and/or moving material Warehouse Parts Department 1st & 2nd Shift Location: NW Houston Pay Rate: $12.50-$14.50/hr.
