The Art of Reading Smoke
This class will provide detailed training and exercises to improve participant’s effectiveness in the Reading Smoke process for first-due rapid decision-making. Upon completion, participants will be able to define the four attributes of smoke, explain the smoke reading process, and, in their performance of an incident size-up, identify and describe the size, extent, and location of a fire within a structure.
