WHY THE 21ST?The 21st of December is known as The Winter Solstice, marking the shortest day and the longest night of the year on the first day of Winter. It is considered a time of celebration for it means the return of the Sun’s light and the promise of rebirth. The Winter Solstice provides a powerful day to reflect on our expressions of the past season and rekindle the fires of our heart’s truth within to guide us through the dark Winter months. Each passing day grows longer after the Solstice until we reach the Spring Equinox in March, a day where the light is balanced with darkness.
