We need 1 or 2 people interested in developing their skills in construction and remodeling. YOU MUST SHOW UP TO WORK NO TIME AND PUT IN A HARD'S DAY WORK. That's all we ask of you in exchange for endless training and eventual advancement in the company. Work Schedule: 1. The work day is long- you work from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 2. You will work 45 hours a week, Monday through Friday. 5 hours of OT. 3. YOU GET FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY OFF! 3 Day weekend. You will be expected to purchase tools as you develop your skills. (PDG Tool Program is available to those who qualify.) It is our goal that in 1-2 years the person who fills this position will be trained and loaded with an inventory of tools to run their own job on our jobsite- and to train the next person (just like you) to do the same. You will receive hands-on training and experience in basic plumbing, basic electrical, counter-top/cabinet installation, carpentry, flooring, drywall, paint, framing, and much more. You have to have a valid driver's license with no more than a combination of two speeding tickets/accidents and no DUIs in the last 3 years. SNOW REMOVAL is an "on call" job we all do around here. No one is excluded from snow removal and it can happen at any time of the day or night- you are required to be available and show up when it snows. Other perks to working here...
