We are hiring several experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire jobs at apartment communities throughout Southern Nevada! Candidates must be experienced in Apartment Maintenance or a similar handyman role. Positions are temporary and temp-to-hire assignments of 8-hour shifts, part-time. Job Duties: Residential Maintenance Technicians are responsible for apartment renovations and turns, exterior preventative maintenance, & standard handyman work including: appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching sheetrock. Requirements: 1+ years’ experience as an Apartment Maintenance Service Technician, Hotel Maintenance, Handyman or Trade School Basic experience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, repairs, electric, etc. a must Basic tools required HVAC, light carpentry and sheetrock a plus --------------------------------------- JWilliams Staffing, Inc.
