Looking for a hard working warehouse assistant that can keep up with a fast paced enviroment!!! Requirements: Vaild Drivers Licence Open Schedule Able to Lift 100 Pnds Drive Company Truck to Different Locations Independent/ Forward Thinker The ability to work in a cold-room environment (36-42°F) for extended duration daily The ability to work in hot-room environment (90-120°F) for extended duration daily Must be highly organized and detail-oriented Must possess a safety first mentality Must be able to be flexible and switch between tasks effectively Must maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in order to provide an amazing experience Must have a strong desire to continue to push the facility to be more organized Must have the ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner with customers, office staff and field technicians Must be willing and driven to learn, with training, the different parts, equipment, and materials used in the HVAC and plumbing trades Follow all BEST processes and procedures (once trained) Responsibilities: Assist facilities manager with inventory count (warehouse and office) as needed Ensure that the scrap metal and cardboard are recycled on at least a weekly basis Ensure that the warehouse floor is clear of any unnecessary materials (i.e. re-racking pipes, breaking down boxes, moving completed projects to their proper locations, etc.) Assist the installers/technicians in unloading their trucks in the morning Perform a final morning sweep with the installers and techs to ensure they have all necessary equipment, parts or materials Pick-up materials from suppliers and distributors Deliver parts and materials to field technicians as needed Will be tasked with assisting around job sites and the warehouse with various tasks Adhere to a daily task list as well as a weekly building maintenance schedule Adhere to a fleet detailing and maintenance schedule Perform equipment maintenance Ample training will be provided for all necessary tasks If you think you would be a good fit here at BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair, please send your resume.
