Metal Work -Cut & Weld Expanded Metal to Truck Lumber Rack Back Window

Looking for someone who can cut a piece of expanded metal and weld it to the back of my rack it steel lumber rack. Please have experience with this kind of work and a welder that is capable. It has a curve to the rack on the sides and would like it look good. I’m looking for the back window only and probably go down to the bed so it’s more sturdy. I can obtain the expanded metal or if you have some or can get it that will work too. I’m also looking to have it painted black before welding on, I can paint and bring the metal to you as well. I would prefer to have it done it one day as it’s a work truck. The first picture is of the rack itself and the second picture is what I’m looking for as a photo example.
