Harrah's Philly's rockin' New Year's party is back on December 31st, with live music, food & drink specials, live racing and more! Kristen and the Noise will be performing on our all-new C-Bar stage starting at 10pm until well past the big countdown! Racing fans can also trot into the new year with a Bonus Live Racing Day, with races starting at 2:30pm. This is a FREE event - no cover, no tickets, all fun!
