I need someone who can clean up a 1.5 hour audio file

I would like to barter this job. I have an audio file i am desperate to have cleaned. It has a ton of noise playing in it... i just need help extracting the verbal audio from it. I can clean your house for you in lieu of this.... if you have a point on your drivers license, i will take the online course for you to have it removed.. need some internet work done? i can do this for you.. whatever.. make me a suggestion. I really need someone that is good at this.. i currently have tried audacity and ocenaudio.. i am getting better at working with the effects but it is taking too long for me. I am really anxious to hear the actuality of this file. Don't worry, nothing bad is going to come out of you helping me do this.. this is for my own sanity and nothing else. Please help.. thanks, d
