Every production associate is responsible for following and enforcing all safety, policies, and procedures in cooperation with the supervisor. Essential Functions: Be respectful, inclusive, and cooperative. Work to continuously improve in all areas. Ensure your actions work to better the company and the work we do. Report defective materials or questionable conditions. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Complete tasks as directed by with minimum supervision. Occasionally required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons and cups, etc. Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Environment: Stand, walk, stoop, reach, and lift 10-12 hours per day. Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Cool/cold temperatures - nothing a heavy sweater wouldn't keep away! Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to count and have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions).
