Press release from the Town of Northborough: December 13, 2021 The Northborough Health Department just released over 400 Pfizer COVID-19 booster appointments for students ages 16 and older who are eligible. This clinic is only open to students in Northborough, Southborough, and Boylston and this is the only clinic planned for teens this year. Date: Thursday, 12/16 from 4pm-8pm Location: Cafeteria at Algonquin Regional High School (79 Bartlett St., Northborough, MA) Signup Link and more information: https://tinyurl.com/nboro16plusbooster Vaccine Brand: Pfizer ages 12 + formula, 0.3mL dosage Details: Pre-registration is required. Clinics are open to the public.Please enter your insurance information when registering online. You will receive an email confirmation once registered.Please bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Card (for boosters) and a photo ID if available. Wear short sleeves. Follow signs when you arrive. Entrance through Cafeteria exterior door near rotunda.Booster Eligibility: Everyone 16 and older can get a booster shot at least 6 months after completing a primary COVID-19 vaccination series.
