2 Day Skills Camp
FOR AGES 8-12 (AFTER SCHOOL)
AGES 8-12: Players at this age can expect exposure to new skills and different movements through fun games and activities.
As players move through the two day camp they will develop more foundational skills and grow their knowledge of the game in a fun way.
Players in this age group will participate in many basic movement skill tutorials as well as introductory plyometric and speed development drills.
Players will see the importance of using a combination of their movement and technical skill at the next level.

MEET THE COACHES!
Coach Jay:
Jay is a former 4-Year Division 1 Men’s Soccer Player at both Indiana University and Western Michigan University.
Jay graduated from WMU after the best men’s soccer season in school history, reaching rankings of #4 in the nation and breaking into the NCAA Sweet 16. From playing on the beach in Jamaica with his dad to being rated the NCAA National Player of the Week at WMU, Jay has always been a student of the game.
Jay looks to continue to spread his knowledge of the game so every player can have the same opportunities he did collegiately or professionally.
Coach EnRico:
EnRico is currently the lead U23 Physical Performance Coach at Palace for Life, an Assistant Youth Development Phase Performance Coach at Crystal Palace Football Club Academy and Strength & Conditioning intern at FSCR.
EnRico holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and a master’s in Sport & Exercise Physiology.
EnRico is also currently pursuing his UKSCA accreditation and FA Level 1 qualification.
