WEST HAVEN, CT — The person found shot inside a West Haven home on Thursday morning has died, police sources told WTNH. Police said a person was reported shot in the 100 block of Platt Avenue on Thursday morning. Officers found someone inside the residence who was hurt. That person was taken to a nearby hospital, police said, and WTNH reported they later died. Detectives established a crime scene at the home. Police have not released much other information.
