Press release from the Chamber of Commerce—Eastern Connecticut: December 16, 2021 The City of New London, in partnership with the Southeastern Connecticut Cultural Coalition, has announced the formation of a Cultural District. With this new cultural district, New London plans to increase the city's efforts and resources to strengthen the local artistic and cultural community and attract more visitors. This cultural district will work closely with residents to bring in entrepreneurs and creative business opportunities; driving economic growth and highlighting some of the unique spots in the area. In the upcoming months the New London Cultural District will host public, virtual information sessions for residents to learn more. Have your voice be heard and register for a session!
