WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Michelle Rothstein, 43, of Old Powder Hill Road, Durham, was arrested Nov. 5 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 17, according to state judicial records. Dipakbhai P. Patel, 48, of North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 7 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 20. Christina M. Soper, 40, of Wallace Row, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 8 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 13. Nathan M. Friess, 21, of Eaton Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 14. Marco A. Ovalle, 26, of Woodland Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 27. Hudson H. Hecklinger, 32, of Washington Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 20. Colin Mahoney, 43, of Reynolds Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traffic control signals. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 21. Trevor J. Negron, 21, of Martin Trail, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 19 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 17. Latifah F. Veal, 31, of Winchester Street, Hartford, was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 25. George A. Marshall, 53, of Upton Street, Windsor, was arrested Nov. 20 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 23. Ayanna S. Ellis, 28, of Pardee Street, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 20 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 4. Crystal M. Guerrera, 36, of Carpath Drive, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 4. Jennalee C. Methvin, 33, of Wharton Brook Drive, was arrested Nov. 23 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 27.
