Hi, We have a nanny for our son (6 month old) who is starting with us in January. We are looking to share the nanny with another family. We are paying 3200 USD / month (full time 9-5pm) for one kid but would negotiate with the nanny something around 2000-2500 USD per family per month for two kids. We can host (Cleveland height) but would love to share as well (like half time at our place half time at the other family place). We would want a family living not too far from us (max 15-20 min from where we are)
