Introduction to Production Roasting is a 3-person group class providing an introduction to coffee roasting on production-grade roasters Thank you for your interest in CoRo's educational programs. We would love to work with you at CoRo however, due to Covid-19 we are halting our classes for the time being. We will resume our educational program when it is safe for students and our educators to work together again. Because of rising case numbers we do not have a set date for resuming. Introduction to Production RoastingEvery Monday, 9:30-11:30am. $280/personCoRo’s Introduction to Production Roasting is a 3-person group class providing an introduction to coffee roasting on production-grade roasters. Perfect for roasters new to CoRo who are interested in upping their roast game and coffee enthusiasts who want to see how it all happens behind-the-scenes! Here students receive an overview of roasting machine operations, basic production logistics, safety procedures, and hands-on roasting of a 10lb batch of green using our Probat, 5 kg roaster. And on top of all the skills and knowledge, you leave the class with around 8lbs of delicious roasted coffee!
