UPDATE: The traffic jam was cleared, as of 2:30 p.m. Thursday. ANDOVER, MA — Traffic was backed up for nearly two miles on Interstate 495 Northbound in Andover midday Thursday when a vehicle was flipped in the median, according to multiple reports. The left travel lane was blocked before Exit 99 in Andover, WBZ traffic reported. There were no injuries, according to a scanner report. Traffic was backed up to Interstate 93.
