Press release from Northwestern Connecticut Community College: December 14, 2021 Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH) and Hartford Healthcare have approached Northwestern Connecticut Community College (NCCC) to help fill a need for Medical Laboratory Assistants at all of their locations. NCCC has partnered with the current laboratory staff at CHH to create a Workforce Development program that will prepare students to fill this role within the hospital. Medical Laboratory Assistant Courses will begin on January 21, 2021; applications will be accepted starting January 3.
