December 15th Wed. Evening aprox. 10:15pm Very windy... I was riding my bike North down Halsted toward Grand/Milwaukee... You were walking south up N. Halsted toward Fulton Market with foot brace/boot. We made eye contact and you said "Hi". I said "Hi" back and eventually stopped short of the intersection. Was hoping you'd have looked back... Describe my bike or myself.
