The booster requirement is included in a new Public Health Order External link opens a new window.  released Dec. 2. The order also requires all schools (private, public, and charter) to maintain records of school worker vaccination status in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and to provide such records to the Department of Health upon request.  Beginning in January, APS will be asking for proof of vaccination.
