Press release from the City of Irving: December 16, 2021 There will be no residential trash, curbside recycling or brush collection Dec. 23-25 for the Christmas holiday.  In addition, the following facilities will be closed:  City Hall Heritage Aquatic Center      Irving Animal Care Campus Irving Archives and Museum Irving Arts Center Irving public libraries North Lake Natatorium Recreation centers Unless otherwise noted, city offices and services will resume normal business hours Monday, Dec. 27. Irving public libraries will be open Sunday, Dec. 26 for regular business hours. Curbside trash, recycling and brush collections resume Dec. 27. The Hunter Ferrell Landfill will be open Dec. 23 and closed Dec. 24-25. The facility will reopen Dec. 27.
