Plumbing: Bath 1-Move stackable washer and dryer to a different corner Remove water heater and add a new tankless water heater Remove old sink and replace with a new vanity sink Add a toilet Add a walk in shower Close off a window Add a vent Bath 2- Remove old toilet and replace with new toilet Remove old tub and replace with new tub and surround kit Remove old sink and replace with new Vanity sink- Move to a different corner. Hang two mirrors add a vent Kitchen- Remove a couple cabinets Paint cabinets white add hardware knobs Move appliance plug in around / Stove/ Fridge/ Microwave Install butcher block counter top Remove old sink and install new sink Replace one window/ Frame in to fit Electrical: Remove old lights in home and replace with new lights 3 ceiling fans 1 chandelier 2 vanity lights 3 mount lights 2 porch lights add 2 ceiling fans Add a couple outlets and switch Remove carpet in two rooms and install laminate wood flooring about 400 square feet a few siding boards need replaced in back before painting Paint fireplace inside bricks Finish drywall paint and texture in a couple areas Make walls look pretty in closets install wire shelving Paint interior and exterior Close off a door/ wall up Windows painted shut need to break paint seal/ add screen to windows Best bid gets the job and text me your final numbers for labor and when you can start Thank you Christina 5033815007
