Here are the top five stories in Chattanooga today: The Hamilton County Health Department is now offering free flu vaccines for those who are 6 months and older at their Sequoyah, Birchwood and Main Facility health clinics on a walk-in basis. High-dose flu shots for people 65 years or older are also available, but on a limited basis and while supplies last. (WRCB-TV) The Chattanooga City Council passed an ordinance Tuesday night that could transform a part of Chattanooga. This billion-dollar project, known as 'The Bend,' will recreate the Alstom plant site and now the Riverfront area near there as well.
